In addition, we counsel clients and prepare agreements for the transfer of rights in all forms of technology and intellectual property.  We have conducted numerous audits for our licensing clients to ensure that licensees are complying with the terms of their license agreements.  We also develop joint venture strategies and agreements designed to maximize the commercialization of technology and intellectual property.
